Which car should i buy?

what model of car do u think is best? ive had a fiat punto since june and am having way too many problems with the car since and want to trade it in for another. its a 2002 so i can really only afford to buy another 2002 or 2003 at the most. which cars wud u reccommend, i drive alot for my course in college and live far from home so need a safe car that will not cause so many problems. thanks

I just bought a Honda and love it.

What you'll want to do though is go to Consumer Reports' website and sign up for one month - it'll cost you about $7. There you can see what problems cars have had that you are interested in.

Also, before you buy the car, ask the dealer for a carfax report to see if the car has been in any accidents.

Chevy blazers are really good. I had one that ran up to 271k miles before I had to drop it. Not the best gas mileage..but if you want something that will get you where you need to go its a good choice. For gas mileage get a VW.

It seems like you've already got some good advice, but buy a honda. My Dad had an 87 Accord for 16 years. 330,000 miles later, it was still running fine. Very competitive in the style department too.
