I bought a used vehicle on 4/26/08. It was a rainy day. My wife sat in the back seat this morning to check the car out and noticed that the driver and passenger seats were coming apart (the seats can be physically pulled apart to see the springs). Can I take the vehicle back to the dealer on 4/28/08 and demand that the seats be repaired?

Answer:
They probably won't do anything for you because you probably purchased it as is… But I would call your saleperson up right away and ask, if you’re very lucky they may halp you out to keep you happy… but don't expect it… usually you’ve to go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and tell them what you need fixed to make the deal. So I’m betting you’ll be out of luck… You could probably take it to a upholstery shop & they can stitch it back together or if you’re handy & perfection doesn't matter you can probably do it yourself to save $$

Answer:
Well if it is a reputable dealer, you could ask. They might fix it, but usually once you sign the bill of sale that's it, the automobile is yours. If your say has a 3 day “cooling off” period you can use that as leverage to get it fixed.

Answer:
Did you purchase the vehicle as is? If you did the dealer wont fix anything you should have checked everything out b4 you bought the car…Next time be more careful..Good luck!

Answer:
It will be a 50/50 chance that they will fix it but it wont injured to call them and ask, good luck…

Answer:
they should do if you asked nice
