I'm looking to purchase a car that’s ~$20K or under. Specification that I would prefer is that it has a navigation system and 155hp or greater.

Saturn Aura or the new Chevy Malibu. Ford Fusion is a nice automobile too. A new Accord is nice but it is going to be difficult to find a good price. Mazda 6 is good too. Avoid the Camry , too many problems.
