i need to know some good starter cars for high school
no trucks or suv's and gotta be gas effeicient
Answer:
The Honda Civic is the ideal all-round starter car for many reasons. It's relatively inexpensive, gets good gas mileage, is relatively cheap to insure, loooks good, has good performance, is safe, and maintains a high resale value. It doesn't get much better than that. Here's an article with some more suggestions:

.
Answer:
Chevy cavalier any year in the late 90's you can run the crap out of them and they’ll keep on trucking and they’re great on gas! I had a 98 two door and the only thing power in it was the windows and i ran that car hard too hard and i still got $2000 back for it (the mileage was way up there!!!!) Chevy has always been good on there resale values. I never had a problem with the vehicle and change the oil myself everything is right up front so its simple to get to.
Answer:
a used car! Honda civic…Toyota's are great automobiles too. Subaru. All good on gas and have many small compacts to choose from. We've bought all our automobiles gently used. Saves money and no High Schooler needs a “brand new” vehicle. NO WAY!
Answer:
Toyota Echo.
Not too pricy, very fuel efficient
It's pretty small though.
