Where should your best pair of speakers be for ideal quality sound?

I posted a question an hour ago but no one answered my most important question.

I have a 1996 saturn sc2 it has 2 front speakers then 2 in the back rear window.

yesterday I added infinity 6022i's in the front but I want to purchase even superior speakers

so my question is where should my best speakers be located in my vehicle for the top quality sound?

Your ideal speakers should be in the front. Ideally for ideal sound staging, you want your rear speakers to be for “fill” only. The best setting for your fader is to have the rear speakers just loud enough to be able to tell that they're there.
