i am getting 2 12″ alpine type R's (will probably have them wired at 2 ohms) what would be the best amp to power them?
Answer:
Get an alpine pdx-1.1000 or a JL HD amp. You might also want to look at the Hifonics amps.
Or a cheap solution is a Alpine V-power 1000 or 2000W
Rockford isn't that great for non-competition wattage subs.
