Might be able to do it with a VAG-COM tool, not familiar with the S5 codes though. If not a chip company like APR or GIAC might be able to do it. And then there are always the stand alone ECUs that are custom programmed, those will do it for sure.

yes but unless you’re going to track it ALOT then this is pointless as you’ll NEVER reach these speeds on streets. That said, a “chip” will do the trick, however, I would go APR or GIAC, but I’m not sure they have designed a map for your model yet as it is so new…
