I seriously doubt there will be anything more than a few tiny minor changes that manufacturers tend to do each year to keep their product fresh.
The 3 series convertible is several years away from a major change. This body style only came out in '06 and was revamped again with a bigger engine in '07 (when the 325 was replaced with the 328). If I'm not mistaken the convertible has only been around in this form for about a year or so.
So I wouldn't anticipate any major change.
But if you’re really looking for some inside information check one of the enthusiast forums. They have a lot of memos and other BMW information that gets leaked to the public early. And several insiders with useful information.
I’ve the non-convertible form of this automobile and LOVE IT. I personally have no use for a convertible, and would prefer own the 335i hard top than the 328 convertible. But to each their own.

Probably not. The car just came out in 07 and two years seems like a short time to make a facelift. They may tweak a few minor things.
HOWEVER there will be some minor changes to the sedan and wagon…..the coupe and convertible will be the same since they have a different look…
