As long as you adjust the aspect ratio of the tire to compensate for the extra 1″ of wheel diameter, nothing would change. For example the stock fronts are 245/45/17, if you were to go to a 245/40/18 the new combination would only be .76 mm greater overall diameter, not enough difference to change anything.

You’ll throw out millions of dollars of engineering. By changing the tires sidewall stiffness you may cause the plastic leif spring and shock package to vibrate and ride rough. Probably not a bad thing but remember plastic automobile can crack at stress points.

I would personally keep the sizes the same as stock. It will not sit the same way as it did prior to the switch.
