Yes, as long as the lug pattern is the same.
The lug pattern is 5X4.25 or 5X108. The Windstar and the T-Bird sharred this pattern as well as some Jaguars.
In 2008 the lug pattern on the Taurus changed to 5X4.5 or 5X114 so don't look forward to their new 17″ wheels.
