When the heater is on there’s hot air on the drivers side and cold air on the passengers side Does anyone have any suggestions

Answer:
I have two possible causes for this concern. The a/c system is undercharged (I have seen this on several Caddies), or the right temperature door actuator is malfunctioning. I have not had to replace a control head or programmer for this problem. I’m assuming your Caddy is equipped w/ auto, dual-zone climate control system. I believe that is the only system offered for your automobile anyway. Percentage-wise, I believe replacing the right temperature door actuator is in the high 90's of repairing the problem. Hope this helps.

Answer:
Is this a dual zone system? Has someone been working on this? You need to check for codes and see whats going on! Follow the steps below once, record all codes, don't clear them yet!
