there is either is short in that circuit, or possibly someone wired up something on that circuit and when the abs kicks on it draws too much power and blows the fuse.

take it to the dealer, should be under warranty if something is bad but you might have to pay 1hr of diagnostic time.

Answer:
You may have had a turning signal light bulb replaced with the wrong bulb. Replace ALL of the lamps, front and rear, left and right with the correct bulb and this may cure the problem.

I had a tail light lamp out on my 2006 Sonata. I accidentally replaced it with the wrong bulb and started out on a seven hundred mile trip. The ABS and the cruise control were not working properly but fortunately nothing burned out and all was well after installing the correct lamps.
