I recently purchased the vehicle and it runs great, but I don't where to find the point plug in the hand held to check codes. There’s no manual and nobody seems to have a Chilton or other book on the vehicle. Can you help me out with this?
Answer:
It is a small (usually white) plug nearly directly beneath the steering wheel, under the dash.
You can totally purchase shop manuals from Hyundai. They’re written for technicians who already know the basics though so they're very precise and technical. Not as easy to read as the Chilton or Haynes and not as cheap either.
There are 2 volumes of the shop manual and 1 volume of electrical troubleshooting manual.
Volume 1 - $75.00
Volume 2 - $54.00
Electrical - $35.00
Answer:
the diagnostic connector may be located near or around the fuse panel are on that one, good luck.
Answer:
there is a small plate under the radio that’ll pop off that’s your connector Book Mark it-> del.icio.us | Reddit | Slashdot | Digg | Facebook | Technorati | Google | StumbleUpon | Window Live | Tailrank | Furl | Netscape | Yahoo | BlinkList
