Oh kay so I was looking at the MPG of the Infiniti and it gets 25 highway and then I looked at the 2001 cadillac deville and it gets the same. How is this possible if the cadillac has a 4.7 V8 litre engine and the infiniti has a 3.5 litre 6 cylinder. I want a 2005 or 06 infiniti and my brother has the cadillac I mentioned and it gets sucky mileage but how could the infiniti get the same mileage as the cadillac?

Answer:
The Deville has EPA 15/25 with an average of 18 MPG, the G35 sedan get an EPA 16/22 with an average of 18 MPG. I'm not sure why the 4.6L V8 in the Big Sedan gets just as good of gas mileage as a 3.5L V6 in a compact car, you'd have to ask Infiniti why their cars/suv's are so poor on gas. The Deville is FWD, so there’s probably 1-2 mpg lost by having the G35 RWD, BMW is another good example of a small automobile company with some pitiful fuel economy numbers. A 2004 BMW 325i with 2.5L 4 cylinder gets a terrible 17/25 MPG, a 2004 3L V6 Honda Accord gets 18/27 and is much larger. http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/sbs.htm

Answer:
Truth be known, if you can afford the maintenance on an Infiniti or Cadillac (trust me, you are ideal taking your Infiniti to a certified Infiniti service center), then you should probably look towards owning an Infiniti as they’ve the BEST onwer dealership experience available.

Answer:
If you’re keeping this automobile over five years get the Infiniti. Besides if you can afford a Infiniti or Cadillac you should not mind the gas mileage.
