Help Limousine Lights, how do I attach them to the seat?

You know the colour changing tube lights that go around the bottom of the limo seats, and along the bar (not sure if it's fibre optic or neon) some customers decided to rip it off from one length of the J seat and steal the holder it was in, now one section of the tube light is just hanging on the floor and I need to try and replace it so it matches the other length of the side facing seat.

I've tried to google it to see if I can replace the holder, but have no idea what it's called, it's like a long leather coated cable grip strip that runs along the seat and holds the actual light cable, you just clip the light into it.

ive tried looking for Limo light tracking, light grip, light strip holder etc.

But simply cannot find any.

Does any kind soul know where I can get this …whatever it is…grip..clip light holder thing.
