Yes, any leak in an air system will effect the others.
Good news ,the hole is probably in the hose and replaceable.

Yes even though it might not deflate the entire system it will cause enough air loss to do two things, make your automobile look like a refugee from a low rider convention and kill your compressor. Get it fixed as soon as possible before you burn out the compressor. They're at least $250.00 new.
