I have maruti 800, 2003 model, non-AC. I want to install AC in it. Please Let me know, does it effects performance of engine or any other parts of vehicle?
Also Please Let me know, whether it is Best to do from maruti authorised centre or Local Dealer?
Also Plz let me know the cost for same?

Hi,
Go to maruthi dealer and fix the A/C and u will get the warranty for the a/c
remember it will have an impact on your fuel consumption also your engine condtion do matter.new veh or old
In the absense of any clue regarding the kilometers run, first or 2ndor 3rd owner etc…watch for the fuel efficiency if u already have details.
normally A/c attached veh will give 12 to 14 km in long distance highway running and in city it might give 11 km to 13 This fig are all based on the assumption that your engine is good and u get avg mileage of 18km approx
please take it to a maruthi dealer and also u can get ur veh checked.
If ur lucky u may come accross some free check up camps of maruthi dealers or from maruthi itself at that time you can evoluate ur veh performance and they may also suggest something better also.

Ideal from the local dealer.Instal the coil at the rear and the ac will cool to the outmost.The original setting in front of the radiator causes the automobile to heat up and cooling is negligible.Cost around 10,000/-
