I had the brakes and rotors replaced and still the problem continues to happen. Can some one help?

wheel bearings
and if you leave it like that this is what is going to happen
the affected wheel will sudenly stop from moving and just envision what could happen if that happen when you are above 60mph
not mentioning that you’ll have to change all the stuff there because when that happen the bearing will get freeze and there is no way to take that parts out because they are like welded……
is up to you what to do next

I agree it sounds like wheel bearings. Hopefully they are easier to get to than my old 323 were–those and the rotors were pressed on to the steering knuckle.
