Car was running good on vege oil biodiesel fuel, but today it lost power on the fwy, sputtered and stalled out. Checked the filters 2 and they are clean. Not sure what else it could be?

Make sure you are getting good fuel pressure.Screen in tank can clog.I blow my with another hose and lungs.You can hear the tank bubble.If its clear then crack loose a injector line and see if fuel goes everywhere when cranking ( stay clear it can spray thru your skin).Most Benz Injector pumps will last thru 3 engines.So it may be your lift pump.You can add a cheap electric universal fuel pump after primary filter to help the ailing lift pump.I hope its fuel related and not timing chain.
