It depends on your year and model. For most years, you’ve to have a Benz phone kit installed first. Don't mistake the “phone” button as a phone kit…that button is standard equipment for many years but the kit was a dealer installed option. If you already have the phone, it depends on which model it is. Some of them you can simply swap a blutooth puck for the handset and then connect any blutooth-enabled cell phone to it. If you do not have the kit installed, you’ve to purchase it first ( as well as the blutooth puck ) but be warned that the kit is rather costly ( $2K ).
