When it shifts into second it feels like it lunges forward and makes a horrible sound and skips. Going to the shop on Monday but I would like to know what to expect. I know it is something with the transmission but it is not even good and broke in yet and I don't want to get ripped off. HELP!!!

Hopefully it's something simple such as being low on transmission fluid but I would suspect that the valve body electric plate is going/gone. The good news is that it's a relatively cheap and simple transmission fix if that’s indeed the problem.

Unfortunately I had the B service done two weeks ago and transmission fluid was fine. It is definately the transmission.The place where I get it serviced said it would be ok to drive it until Monday.Do you agree?When its fixed should I trade it? If it has problems at this low mileage whats next? Report Abuse
