Will Mercedes ever have an S450 or anything lower than S550?

Hi all,

One of my relatives wants an S-Class but can't afford the S550. In the US market, will they make a lower range car say like an S350 or something?

They do already, except in North America. There’s the S350 in Europe and Asia. Still a nice automobile, but however in those countries vehicles cost a fortune

That's a big vehicle to use such a small engine so I doubt it unless its a diesel. MB is a luxury vehicle and people that purchase them demand the things that come with it like fancy electronics, fancy interior, and a powerful engine.
