On the 99 sable it is located below the throttle body at the rear of the rear cylinder head
It will be an aluminum retangular shaped sensor with one plug and two hoses connected to it
The 24 valve or DOHC engines sensor is sometimes very difficult to get to and is hidden behind hoses and cables
