Along with reliability, are these cars fuel-efficient and massive enough to accommodate a family? ANY other information would be GREAT!!!!!!!!!THANKS!!!!!

Answer:
We own a 2000 Galant with 160,000 miles on the odometer. Not a lick of trouble with it (we have the 4 cylinder). Have recently given the car to our 16yr son to drive back and forth to work and bought a new Lancer. Make sure you are not paying too much for the used vehicle as Dealers are asking too much for most used products. This is where they are making most of their profit right now. Might be superior to look new. We got $3,000 off the Lancer. Superior deal than buying used! Warranties are some of the ideal in the industry right now for a new product. Check out Edmonds for customer reviews for any year. They are pretty informative.

Answer:
The Galant and Endeavor are basically the same vehicle except one is designed to look like an SUV and the other a sedan. While my dad swears by them(-he's on his fourth Galant), I wouldn't think about a Galant nor the Endeavor. Mitsubishi just aren't that reliable and their parts are costly compared to a Toyota or Honda. In the beginning they are somewhat okay but around100,000 miles, look for problems to arise. That's not good considering most automobiles can make it to 150,000 miles with out problems with proper maintenance

Answer:
I’ve an 07 Endeavor with 14K miles on it so far and I'm having a blast with it. Lots of room in this car, which is a good fit for a family. Mileage is around 17/21mpg but can be a pain b/c manufacture advocates premium. Overall, this car has been flawless and ideal of all, rarely do you seen anyone else having one.

Answer:
Since I made my living working on them, and I spent more time doing tune ups and brake jobs than REPAIRING them, I'd state yes. The “Project America” chassis (Late 2005 Eclipse, 2004 and up Endeavor, and 2004 and up Galant)are very dependable.

I have driven my last 500,000 miles in various Mitsus and have had FEW problems.

Answer:
Most Mitsubishi vehicles have minor reliability issues but to give a good response I would need more info. Year engine size etc. As a rule of thump the 92-94 Galants have cooling issues. Something with air bubbles in the coolant.

Answer:
not the Mitsubishi Galant it has a lot of mechanical problems.
