I’ve a base model Nissan Sentra (2006) It's has the standard engine 1.8 Petro. It's rated @ 126 H.P. I'd like to add another 20 to by making some changes. I'm looking for recommendations. I love the automobile, I bought It new and it now has 38K miles on it. It could use some extra zip though.
Answer:
Weapon-R Dragon Air Intake or other cold air intake, hi-flow exhaust system, more massive throttle body, underdrive crank pulley. all of these together will run you under 1000$ if done right and could gain you 20plus HP simple. heck, a performance chip alone could add close to 20 HP in some cases. dropping the vehicle a few inches will add to the aerodynamics of the vehicle too. also you could use carbon fiber wherever you can and empty out unnecessary items in the automobile (lighter is faster!!!!)……HAVE FUN!!!!!!
Answer:
Forget that Dude…. you can't do that cause they’ll void your new car warranty of 36.000 / 3 year. Other than that, 20 more HP sound like a lot but it ain't nothing and I mean nothing cause you won't feel any change of power at all and you may make it worst than the original HP manufacture desired if you don't do it right…. remember that if the manufacturer's could do more HP that they already do for it due to market advertising Dude….. My recommend is you should leave it alone….. thanks.
