Hello

You can’t remove the Immobiliser.

First mistake you should have been given 2 Keys

1 Put key in ignition
2 Turn on until warning lights come on
3 Check for one in the middle looks like picture of engine with
electrical flash inside

If this light stays on it is the key
If this light Flashes it is the Car

When you purchased the automobile you should have been given a Blue Vauxhall Owners Folder, If so open it and you should see 3 clear pockets on the inside of the flap. In one should be a plastic card (same size as the photo part of your driving licence) that says Security Information.
If not check through all the manuals etc you were given as you require this as it has the Key and Immobiliser codes. The spare key may even be in there, If so try with spare key.
If you cannot find the card Vauxhall will charge you to get the Code and you may have to wait a week for it

Key Fault
Take Card, For Codes. Key you do have, So it can be checked.
Log Book, As proof of ownership. And go to Vauxhall Dealers to get new key. Get a spare later.

Engine Fault
Contact a Vauxhall Garage as there’s nothing you can do and the automobile will have to go to them to be sorted.

You fail to state if Automatic or Manual
If Automatic you must be in Park or Neutral before you can begin.

Hope this helps
