1993? Either lose wires or your wires have decided to die after all this time! Take it to a vauxhall dealer and see what they can do!

refer to the electrical wiring diagram and see if there is another connection along the way that could have come undone. Is there another fuse that has blown that also affects your lights? That happened to me.

Look inside the rear for broken wires frayed cables and any other sign of a bad connection. Some of the wiring is hidden but I'll bet there is a break somewhere maybe when you loaded stuff in the back and you disturbed the wiring loom. Pull out and push back any connectors you come across and rub them with an abrasive paper if they look a bit grubby or tarnished..
