Depends on what features it has. Due to the short wheelbase you are more likely to spin out while taking corners. The plus side is it is easy to navigate and quick to stop. Antilock brakes were optional, so if it has them good, if not I would look somewhere else.

No,but its really a cute car and have heard very little bad about them.You can always change the tires for winter keeping the originals to be reinstalled for summer driving.I think most vechiles go where ever now a days.With a little planning should be great.I just think they are really cute and versatile,which is always a good thing.
