Not the Grand Cherokee, just the regular Cherokee. I'm thinking about purchasing it for my first automobile, despite its gas mileage. What are your thoughts about this SUV?

This was the best of the Cherokee line and it is still sold in China and many other countries although with an improved grill and headlights. The engine was very reliable and gave very good highway mileage. The 2.5 L, 4 cylinder was a dog and gas very tiny improvement in MPG.
