I would have to state the Vector w-8… Impressive for 1992 when the stats were 650 hp,625lbfttq,0-60 3.9sec,1/4 mile 12.0 @127mph,top speed 242 mph. skid pad with suspension set up for the track 1.25g. in street form .98g. This was back when 388hp for a Testarossa was big. 425hp in a Diablo. Jag, Bugatti and McLaren built cars to combat against it with the XJ220,EB110 and F1. It was the fastest production car in the world at the time.
