There should be 2 bolts on the back of the steering wheel ( behind the airbag) they might be covered with plastic covers. Take them of and unscrew the bolts then you will have the airbag out. There will be a bolt in the middle( big one) of the steering wheel take it of and the whole thing will come off.

As it's an explosive device, the answer is, 'you don't' it should only be removed by trained personnel,
