it's a 1995 pontiac grand prix . got 167319 miles on it. v6 engine. interior good exterior great. mechanic gonna change valves on engine, do fluid changes, get me a new battery and alternator. was this a good steal for 900 bucks? what do you guys think?
Answer:
At that level of mileage its all about how it was maintained prior to your getting it. $900.00 is cheap for a automobile. If it runs well for a year it was worth it. You won't really know until after the fact however.
Answer:
i think with this vehicle since its so old and has high miles on it, you might run into some problems. if it starts to nickle and dime you to death its time to get rid of it. remember that you get what you pay for. good luck and i hope that it last you a long time to come.
Answer:
According to Kelly Blue book, you've got a pretty good deal there.
So long as it's in good condition, I'd say it was definitely a steal.
Answer:
i bought a 98 sunfire. 140000 miles. not a problem with it.
it depends on how well they cared for it. 900 bucks is good.
besides if u do hve a problem nd know someone who does cars that can be good for your pockets.
Answer:
if it starts right up and does not pull to the side while driving and does not smoke out the back and you’re getting new oil and fluids and tires have some tread go for it.
Answer:
Definitely not you got ripped off large time because most vehicles begin dieing at 200,000 and even if it doesn't you'll end up putting more into the car than you payed and it won't last very long.
Answer:
for 900 bucks it's good. mileage really isn't always bad if the previous owners kept up with maintainance.
