I was wondering where would be the ideal place to drill a hole in my firewall would be. The hole is for my amp wires to get to the battery
Answer:
Instead of drilling a whole thru the firewall, how about you look for a hole already there… get up under the dash look around by the steering column, there should be a grommet somewhere that wires are already going thru, if u can fit the amp wire in there do it, if not cut a hole X in the grommet and wire it thru there…
Or you can drill the whole thru the guys head above. that will also work.
If all else fails. drill a hole but make sure there’s nothing important on the other side.

somewhere between the steering shaft and the brake master cylinder just be damn sure its clear on both sides and do it right use a rubber grommet so your wire does not rub and catch your automobile on fire
