Wow, looking at some of these answers, I could only shake my head. Ferraris are not the most powerful, with the exception of the Enzo, of which there are only like 296 on the road, three of the 299 having been crashed. However, you can't measure an automotive manufacturer by its low volume cars. Even Hyundai could build a world-class supercar given the time.
Lamborghinis are the most visceral and primal of the automobiles. They sound great, no other way to put it. You can't just hop into a Lamborghini and drive fast. You have to learn. After all, you can't tame a bull.
Ferraris have the most techno-wizardry, which has trickled down from their involvement in F1 and their program's massive budget. I think takes away from the overall experience.
Porsches have the ideal balance of performance, comfort, and effiiciency. With the exception of the Cayenne SUV, no engine exceeds 3.8L, but power outputs reach 530hp.
I think Porsche is the best overall simply because it is the most profitable automotive manufacturer in the world. This last quarter, the Cayenne SUV was the only one to increase its sales, and Porsche was the only major manufacturer in the green.
The GT2 can hang with anything from Ferrari or Lamborghini. However, if Lamborghini does in fact produce the Reventon concept, they just might take the top spot.

Porsche any day. Porsce still remains independent. Lambos are made by Audi, Porsche owns Audi. Ferrari has an association with FIAT, which stands for Fix It Again Tony. I mean come on, you need to drop the engine of a Ferrari to service it. It's not a vehicle anymore, it is an engineer's play thing. Ferrari is too over priced, and you don't even get A/C or a radio on some of their “high-end” models.

In my thought Porsche is the best of the lot and second goes for the Ferrari and third for Lambo.i did not mean't to injured Lambo fans here but i myself own the former two.
