might be the dashboard area. it's there when i styart the engine and when i drive it. what could it be? it must be electrical do you think, would it be a big problem?

try driving with the blower fans off and the radio off too, is the noise still there.
could be a loose speaker connection, or something trapped in the blower vents
if you can take it back to where you got it from and ask them about it.
