It's not a Saab, it's a mess of Subaru Impreza bits, made in Japan, with a Saab badge stuck on it.

You can put a turd in the oven and call it a cake… but it'll still be a turd when you open the oven door. Calling a Subaru a Saab is the same.

Everything becomes a collectible eventually. People collect all kinds of stuff like coins, stamps, even shells from the beach. So, to answer your question, I'm sure it would be a collectible to someone someday.
