There was a Toyota Paseo convertible, which was the vehicle previous to the Echo. There was also the Toyota MR2 convertible with a 4 cylinder engine.

There's only a Toyota Echo - no convertible.
I doubt you'd be able to MAKE one, the company would make them and you'd purchase one then.
