Ebay doesn't have any proper ones
Answer: Not from a dealer, they are discontinued. You definitely won’t find one with a Rhino emblem, you will have to get a custom decal made.
So you are down to finding a generic aftermarket cover in the size you need and having a decal made of the rhino.
