Sticky Starter Motor…put the car in gear with the engine off and “rock” the car back and forth - this will loosen any jammed / stuck parts, including the starter motor.
Alternatively bump start it down a hill, the vibration from the engine will most often be more than sufficant to vibrate the jammed part loose.
