a friend told me that one can watch the view of the underwater life through the windows of the train as it travels inside the water? is it true

Answer:
Your friend was kidding you. The Chunnel is like any other tunnel, totally dark. You must learn not to be so gullible!

Answer:
The train your friend told you about is called the Eurostar but as far as being able to see underwater life through the windows while your under the ocean I have honestly no clue. I'm gonna be taking that very train in August to go to London for vacation so I guess I’ll find out the answer than:)

Answer:
That's pretty funny, you owe your friend one. Ask him to go to the store for a pair of metric pliers.

A glass tunnel on the seabed so you can see Mr and Mrs Flipper going at it would be cool though.

Answer:
Trains travel under the English Channel in the Chunnel, but — good grief — if you could see underwater life from your window it would mean the tunnel has collapsed!
