is it safe for a baby to be in a carseat in a rv without being seatbelted to a seat?BABY IS 4 MONTHS OLD!
Answer:
You have to have the baby in the Car seat and the vehicle seat has to be strapped in also.We Own a RV and so does my Sister in law and they’ve a young child also and we went on a trip in March in our RV's.She was in her car seat and the car seat was strapped in.She was 6 months when we went on our trip and we’re leaving for a week long trip this weekend.
Answer:
This is a law in every say………….the child must be in the front seat secured with a car seat with the seat pushed back as far as possible……….you cannot put the child in the rear at all, it isn’t safe……..
Answer:
No! There’s no safe way to transport a child in an RV. The only seats crash tested are the front 2 seats and you can't put a carseat there.
